Enniskillen Library is holding a free
‘Personal Resilience’ workshop on Tuesday
24 January from 10:30am - 1:00pm, led by Gary Kane from Action Mental Health.
This interactive workshop teaches how to
build your Personal Resilience. Small amounts of stress can help us to rise to
meet a challenge but too much stress can have a negative impact on our physical
and emotional health. Come along and learn techniques which can help you
develop your ability to handle stress and stand up to the pressures of life.
Curry, Information and Learning Services Manager with Libraries NI, says:
“This is a great opportunity for people in the
Enniskillen area to find out more about how to cope with stress. The Personal
Resilience workshop is packed full of simple and practical ideas to help people
make immediate positive changes to improve their health and wellbeing.”
This workshop is one of many planned as part of
a programme which offers a wide range of positive health and wellbeing
resources and services in libraries.
