SAD Lightbox - Beat the Winter Blues
Banish the winter blues!

Come and relax in front of our Light Therapy Box, designed to lift your mood.
Dark gloomy days and indoor working can disrupt our body clocks, and may contribute to Seasonal Affective Disorder. Using light therapy can lead to an improved sense of wellbeing and increased vitality.
