Mindful Colouring for Adults
Every Friday from 11:00am to 12:00noon.

This event is a new wellbeing initiative called Mindful Colouring.

Adults are invited to come into the library and to release their inner child through colouring in intricate patterns and designs.
The colouring process helps each person to focus away from stresses and to concentrate solely on the page. Mindful Colouring is becoming increasingly popular as people are beginning to realise the relaxing benefits of this activity.
