Portadown Library invites you to come along to a Health and Wellbeing Fair being held on Wednesday 16 January from 10:30am to 2:00pm.
At the fair you can start the New Year with one of the free health checks or access the good health advice and information on hand.
Everyone is invited to call in to get information on where to go to for help and support, pick up tips on keeping fit, eating well and learning to relax. This is the ideal opportunity to get ideas from a wide range of experts on how to take time out for yourself to enhance your wellbeing. Blood pressure, BMI and hearing checks are just a few of the free services available on the day.
Caroline Smyth, Portadown Branch Library Manager, said:
“Portadown Library will be hosting a Health and Wellbeing Fair to provide people in the area with a free and fun way to improve their health and happiness. It is vital everyone looks after their wellbeing, so we would urge people to come along to this event and find out what support and information is available to ensure a healthier lifestyle for 2019!”
Admission to the Health and Wellbeing Fair is free and everyone is welcome!
