Join us for a transformative journey through yoga from October to March with our weekly online sessions, designed for all levels. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, our 21-session program is divided into six series, each focusing on a unique aspect of yoga practice.

Weeks 1-3 (October 2024): Building the Foundations – An introduction to yoga

Weeks 4-7 (November 2024): Alignment & Awareness – Refine your practice

Weeks 8-10 (December 2024): Rest, Reflect, and Slow Down – Find balance in the busy season

Weeks 11-14 (January 2025): Inner Strength & Connection – Start the new year with renewed energy

Weeks 15-18 (February 2025): Self-love & Compassion – Explore kindness through yoga

Weeks 19-21 (March 2025): Re-energising Body & Mind – Recharge as spring approaches

You can participate in individual classes or commit to the full series for a more immersive experience. Find your flow, re-centre, and connect with yourself each week from the comfort of your home.

What you need for the classes:
• Most importantly, your wonderful self, exactly as you are
• A yoga mat if you have one (a towel works too)
• Some water to stay hydrated
• Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
