Free Financial Support Eligibility Surgeries Taking Place in Local Libraries
Published 08 Jun 2023
During June, free Make the Call surgeries will be taking place in several local libraries. During these 30 minute sessions, participants can talk face-to-face with a Make the Call Adviser about accessing a wide range of benefits, support and services to which they are entitled but have not been claiming.
The service is designed to maximise benefit support and by bringing the service into communities, people can come in and talk with staff who can look at whatever assistance might be available to them.
The team is available for confidential, face-to-face discussions and can guide everyone through the process and check possible eligibility.
The Make the Call team is providing surgeries at the following local libraries:
- Crossmaglen Library – Friday 16 June.
- Killyleagh Library - Tuesday 20 June.
- Finaghy Library – Wednesday 28 June.
- Downpatrick Library – Thursday 29 June.
30 minute appointments can be booked by phoning 0800 232 1271 or by texting ADVICE to 079 8440 5248.
