 Customer Notice - new RBdigital app available for eMagazines service

 

The new RBdigital app launched on the 27 June replacing the existing Zinio for Libraries app for eMagazines. The existing Zinio app will continue to work until 30 September 2017 (the previous app end date was extended) to allow you to migrate to the new app. Once you have moved your existing library will also move ac​ross (i.e. the titles you have currently checked out) although you will need to download the titles again to access them off line.
You will be prompted to download the RBdigital app during this time from your app store. App updates can happen in two ways: (1) automatically, if you choose to have their apps updated that way, or (2) manually, whereby you trigger the the update.​​​​

Users must be over 16.

If you already have a Libraries NI membership number go straight to step two.

Step one:

To make use of this great free service you need a Libraries NI membership number

Step two:

Create an eMagazines account

Step three:

Once your account is created you can browse the collection online or via the new RBdigital app, choose a magazine and click checkout

Step four:

To save your free eMagazine to your device download the RBdigital app –  
links to the app appear on the checkout screen.  Note that the user name and password
for the RBdigital app will be the same as what you used for creating your account in step two. 
All checked out eMagazines will automatically save to your RBdigital app.
