Adult Reading Group  
First Tuesday of every month from 3:00pm to 4:00pm.

Booking is essential.

This group aims to allow everyone’s reading experiences to be shared and enjoyed. Participants don’t have to be library members but if you join, you can borrow the book the group will be discussing for free.

Tea and Newspapers  
Every Wednesday from 11:00am to 12 noon.

Booking is essential.

Tea and Newspapers groups give adults the opportunity to meet new people, socialise and discuss local and national affairs in the newspapers while enjoying complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.

Knit and Natter  
Every Thursday from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Booking is essential.

Knit and Natter Groups are for adults who enjoy knitting, crochet, cross stitch and other crafts. They are free of charge to attend and participants have the opportunity to share hints and tips, swap patterns, meet new people and learn new skills. Members can bring along a project they are already working on or can start something new.

Mindful Colouring  
Every Friday from 11:00am to 12 noon.

Booking is essential.

Mindful Colouring groups are for anyone who wants to explore the world of adult colouring with intricate colouring patterns and designs. They can enhance well-being, help calm the mind and relieve stress through relaxed, meditative colouring in.

Rhythm and Rhyme on Wednesdays (Term time only)  
Every Wednesday (Term time only)
 
Rhythm and Rhyme sessions introduce parents and children aged 0 - 4 years to the wonder of rhymes, songs and stories.

Each session offers an entertaining opportunity for children to engage with others, provides a good foundation to develop their reading, listening and language skills and of course to have lots of fun!

Chess and Board Games  
Every Saturday from 10:30am.
 
Keep your mind active and make new friends at the Board Games Group. Snakes and Ladders, Draughts and Chess boards all available for use. Beginners welcome. Just turn up!

Lego Club  
Every Saturday from 11:00am to 12 noon.
 
Come along to have Lego building fun. Fun and creative ideas for things to make and build. Ages 4+ Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Lisnaskea Yarnspinners with Nuala O'Toole  
Come along and join guest speaker Nuala O'Toole.

Nuala lives in Fermanagh where she facilitated Shared Reading programmes for the Verbal Arts Centre  for almost 4 years as a volunteer.  This opened up a world of stories and storytelling. She then went on to complete an NOCN Level 2 qualification in Oral Storytelling organised by the Lough Neagh Landscape Partnership, tutored by Liz Weir and Stephen O'Hara. She has loved every moment of  her storytelling journey and so is greatly looking forward to sharing stories in Lisnaskea Library.

The Out of Hours Service allows adults (aged 18 years and over) controlled access to Lisnaskea Library for an additional 35 hours per week outside of normal opening hours.
Registered members can access a limited but important range of services on a self-service basis, including broadband/Wi-Fi access, printing facilities, study space and book borrowing. To register, just call in or contact the library during normal opening hours and ask staff for details.
