From the 6 September 2023, there is a new safety requirement for Libraries NI customers when logging in to either the Libby app or Libby online. All customers will be asked for their membership number as before but they will also be asked for their PIN number. Any customers already logged in to the app will only be asked for a PIN number if logged out.

If you have forgotten your PIN number you can use either the Libraries NI app or the Libraries NI website to reset your PIN. To find out more visit the FAQ section of our website.

Customers can borrow up to eighteen eBooks and eAudiobooks on Libby at a time for twenty one days with each book automatically dropping off your account at the end of the loan period.
