Free Online Mindfulness with Libraries NI

Take time for yourself with our free online mindfulness sessions, running on Tuesdays at 11:00am from April to January 2026 via Zoom.

What to Expect

Led by Bridgeen Rea-Kaya, these sessions will guide you through mindfulness techniques to help you feel calmer, more present, and more connected. Suitable for all experience levels, each session focuses on a different aspect of mindfulness practice.

Session Themes

Mindful Movement (October) – Bring your full attention to the present moment as you gently move

Mindful Self compassion (November) – help us to respond to difficult moments with kindness and understanding
 
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) (December - January) – Managing stress with mindfulness techniques.

How to Join

Simply register once to access all sessions. Attend the full series or drop in whenever it suits you.
