MindfulnessEnhance your wellbeing every Tuesday with our online Mindfulness Sessions

Join us every Tuesday at 11:00am on Zoom for our online Mindfulness sessions, starting 17 September. You can click here to watch recordings of some of the sessions that have already taken place.

You will need to register and we recommend you do this on a desktop computer or laptop using the links in the table below.
If you wish to use your mobile phone to register you can do so as follows:
1. ensure you open the link from the events table below in a new tab within your browser (you may be able to do so by holding your finger down on the link and long pressing and then selecting open in new tab)
2. select the option to 'Join from your browser' and you will be taken to the registration page.
