Free Online Mindfulness with Libraries NI
Take time for yourself with our free online mindfulness sessions, beginning on Monday 29 June at 11:00am via Zoom.

Led by experienced mindfulness practitioner Bridgeen Rea-Kaya, these welcoming sessions are suitable for all experience levels, whether you are completely new to mindfulness or looking to develop an existing practice.

What to Expect
Over the course of the programme, participants will explore a range of practical mindfulness techniques designed to support wellbeing, resilience and self-care in everyday life.

Through guided exercises, discussion and reflection, participants will learn simple approaches that can help build greater awareness, manage stress, develop resilience and create positive habits that support overall wellbeing.
