Positive Ageing Month 2025

Positive Ageing Month 2025

 Positive Ageing Month 2025

This October, Libraries NI is proud to celebrate Positive Ageing Month by highlighting the vital role our libraries play in enriching the lives of older adults across Northern Ireland. In a time when social isolation and loneliness can affect wellbeing, libraries provide welcoming, inclusive spaces where older people can connect, learn, and thrive.
Libraries NI helps to reduce social isolation and build community, enhance digital confidence and connectivity, promote health, wellbeing, and lifelong learning.
