Libraries NI’s popular online yoga sessions are back! These free, accessible classes take place on Thursdays from 11:00am to 12 noon via Zoom, offering a chance to relax, recharge, and reconnect with your body and mind from home.
What to Expect
Led by experienced yoga instructor Siri Meylahn, these sessions focus on gentle movement, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, these classes are adaptable and welcoming for all levels.
Each month features a different theme:
- April: Root to Rise – A grounding practice to leave you feeling calm and connected.
- May: Finding Balance – Cultivate physical and mental equilibrium through movement and breath.
- June: Radiance and Joy – Celebrating our inner light, energy, and warmth.
- July/August: Move to Meditate – Flowing from fluid movement into mindful stillness.
How to Join
