Tea and Newspapers  
Every Friday from 3:00pm to 4:00pm.

Tea and Newspapers groups give adults the opportunity to meet new people, socialise and discuss local and national affairs in the newspapers while enjoying complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.

Rhythm and Rhyme  
To be held on the last Tuesday of every month from 10:30am to 11:15am.
Booking is essential.
 
Rhythm and Rhyme sessions introduce parents and children aged 0 - 4 years to the wonder of rhymes, songs and stories.
Each session offers an entertaining opportunity for children to engage with others, provides a good foundation to develop their reading, listening and language skills and of course to have lots of fun!

Lego Club Reading Group  

This takes place every Friday; suitable for age 8 upwards. Come along and discuss our book club book while playing with Lego. We will provide a book every month to read.

Storytime  

Storytime session every Saturday; suitable for ages 4 - 8 years old. This session will help children aged 4 - 8 years develop a love of books, improve their listening skills, inspire creativity and feeds their imagination. Join our friendly staff as they read popular books and introduce children to a whole range of different authors.
Children aged 8 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Homework Club  

This takes place every Tuesday and Wednesday 3:00pm - 4:00pm.
For ages P5 and up. Come along and do your homework in the peace and quiet of the library. Staff will assist with helpful books and websites (internet permission is needed by parent/guardian before being able to use the computers).

Autism Friendly Hour  

This takes place on the last Tuesday in the month. Booking is essential to ensure a time slot. The library will be closed to the general public and you will have your own individual time slot to use the library.

Bit of Craic - Adult Storytelling Group  

Join us in the library for tales and stories for adults.

This group will be running once a month where everyone is welcome.

Cancer awareness session facilitated by The Farming Community Network  
Libraries NI is proud to support the #NipItInTheBud campaign by hosting cancer awareness sessions in libraries across Northern Ireland. 
The campaign aims to tackle health inequalities in rural areas by raising awareness of cancer symptoms, encouraging earlier detection, and promoting timely access to healthcare. Early detection is key to improving outcomes — and ensuring rural residents feel informed and confident to seek help is at the heart of this work.
