CUSTOMER NOTICE - Easter Bank Holidays Closure
All public libraries in Northern Ireland will be closed on Easter Monday, 6 April and Easter Tuesday, 7 April 2026 and Mobile Libraries will not be on the road.

| Adult Reading Group |
First Tuesday of every month between 2:30pm – 3:30pm. This group aims to allow everyone’s reading experiences to be shared and enjoyed. Participants don’t have to be library members but if you join, you can borrow the book the group will be discussing for free. Please contact the library for more information. |

| Tea and Newspapers |
Every Tuesday and Saturday between 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Tea and Newspapers groups give adults the opportunity to meet new people, socialise and discuss local and national affairs in the newspapers while enjoying complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits. |

| Rhythm and Rhyme |
Every Thursday from 10:30am - 11:00am Booking is essential. Rhythm and Rhyme sessions introduce parents and children aged 0 - 4 years to the wonder of rhymes, songs and stories. Each session offers an entertaining opportunity for children to engage with others, provides a good foundation to develop their reading, listening and language skills and of course to have lots of fun! |

| Junior Storytime |
Storytime sessions help children aged 4 - 8 years develop a love of books, improve their listening skills, inspire creativity and feeds their imagination. Join our friendly staff as they read popular books and introduce children to a whole range of different authors.
Suitable for children aged 4-8 years; children aged 8 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

| Earth Day - 'Spring Plant Pot' Decorating Craft |
In celebration of Earth Day, children aged 4-8 years are invited to come along to Cushendall Library and help us celebrate by decorating your very own 'Spring Plant Pot'. Guided by our friendly staff, enjoy this spring themed craft where we will also give you some of your very own seeds which you can take home with your plant pot plant and watch grow! |
