Each session offers an entertaining opportunity for children to engage with others, provides a good foundation to develop their reading, listening and language skills and of course to have lots of fun! Every Wednesday from 10:30am to 11:30am
Tea and Newspapers groups give adults the opportunity to meet new people, socialise and discuss local and national affairs in the newspapers while enjoying complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits. Please contact the library for more information. |

| Knit & Natter |
Wednesdays from 11:00am - 12:30pm A group for anyone who enjoys knitting, crochet, cross stitch and other crafts. Share hints and tips, swap patterns, meet new people and learn new skills. Bring whatever you are working on at the moment or start a new project. |

| Storytime |
Weekly, every Friday from 2:15pm - 2:45pm. Suitable for ages 3-6 years. Storytime sessions help children develop a love of books, improve their listening skills, inspire creativity and feeds their imagination. First Friday of every month between 10:30am to 11:30am.
This group aims to allow everyone’s reading experiences to be shared and enjoyed. Participants don’t have to be library members but if you join, you can borrow the book the group will be discussing for free. Please contact the library for more information. |

| Good Relations Week - 'Friendship Bracelet Making' Workshop |
As part of Good Relations Week, Portstewart Library invites children aged 7-11 to come along and enjoy our 'Friendship Bracelet Making' Workshop. Using our selection of craft resources, we encourage you to bring a friend or come along to make a new friend and swap your charming bracelets with each other.

It's Halloween time in Portstewart Library as we invite children aged 4-8 years to come along and join our friendly staff, as we use paper plates and our craft resources to help you create your very own Halloween spider, ready to take home with you.
