Rhythm and Rhyme |
Every Thursday from 10:30am to 11:00am. Rhythm and Rhyme sessions introduce parents and children aged 0 - 4 years to the wonder of rhymes, songs and stories. Each session offers an entertaining opportunity for children to engage with others, provides a good foundation to develop their reading, listening and language skills and of course to have lots of fun! |

Design a 2D Futuristic Library |
What will your library look like in a hundred years? Will robots read to you when your class visits? Will Librarians be mad of wibbly wobbly jelly? Will books be able to fly and talk to you. This is a drawing challenge and your creations will be displayed in our Children's gallery.

Build our Big Summer Read Bunting |
Write or draw a picture to represent your favourite book from the Big Summer Read which will be attached onto our bunting flags which will create a colourful bunting decoration that will be displayed in the library. Followed by LEGO.
For ages 4-11.
