Parents to be Support Group  
Held on the first Saturday of the month.
A local doula will provide parents-to-be an opportunity to socialise and receive emotional, information and practical support about pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

In this group mothers, fathers and partners will have the opportunity to build their confidence, feel supported, prepare for changes ahead, and feel less stressed.
Tea and coffee will be provided at all sessions.

Come along and meet other parents and note children are welcome.

Table Top Role Playing Group  
One a month on a Saturday from 10:30am - 12:30pm.

Playing Tabletop game ‘The One Ring’ a game based on The Lord of the Rings. No experience necessary, all the rules and mechanics of the game will be taught to anyone new. Once familiar with the game players can develop their own characters, gaining experience and building on them with each adventure.

Breast Feeding Support Group  
Held fortnightly on a Monday.
 
A health professional will give help and advice to new mothers on breast feeding and wider parenting issues.

Once a month a Midwife will attend the support group to answer any and all questions.

Tea and coffee will be provided at all sessions.
Come along and meet other parents.

Rhythm and Rhyme  
Every Tuesday from 10:00am - 10:30am.
Booking is essential.
Rhythm and Rhyme sessions introduce parents and children aged 0 - 4 years to the wonder of rhymes, songs and stories.
Each session offers an entertaining opportunity for children to engage with others, provides a good foundation to develop their reading, listening and language skills and of course to have lots of fun!

Tea and Newspapers  
Every Wednesday from 10:00am - 12:00noon.

Tea and Newspapers groups give adults the opportunity to meet new people, socialise and discuss local and national affairs in the newspapers while enjoying complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.

Knit and Natter  
Every Wednesday from 10:00am - 12:00noon.

Booking required.

Knit and Natter groups are for adults who enjoy knitting, crochet, cross stitch and other crafts. They are free of charge to attend and participants have the opportunity to share hints and tips, swap patterns, meet new people and learn new skills. Members can bring along a project they are already working on or can start something new.

Parent Toddler Group  
This event takes place every Wednesday.
It provides an opportunity for parents, guardians, grandparents or Childminders to socialise with each other in a library setting over a cup of tea and a biscuit.
No booking required; suitable for children 0-3 years (accompanied by an adult).

Enhance your well-being and calm the mind through relaxed meditative colouring. A gentle way to reduce stress using intricate colouring patterns and designs.
