Teenage Reading Group  

Fourth Tuesday of the month from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.

 

Teenage Reading Groups are a great way for young people aged 12+ to explore a wide range of new books, authors and to make new friends along the way.

The group meets on a regular basis and the book the group will be discussing can be borrowed from the library catalogue for free.

Rhythm and Rhyme is an exciting free programme to introduce children aged 0 - 4 years to the wonder of rhymes, songs and stories in the library. Rhythm and Rhyme is a great opportunity for children to have fun and learn in a relaxed venue while giving parents and carers the chance to socialise.

Online Adult Reading Group  

Join us for our new monthly Online Reading Group from the comfort of your own home.
Like any other Reading Group a book is selected each month then participants are invited to join the meeting on Zoom for an hour each month to discuss the book.

Storytime  
Every Saturday from 11:00am - 11:30am.

Book on the Monday prior to the session.

Storytime sessions help children aged 4 - 8 years develop a love of books, improve their listening skills, inspire creativity and feeds their imagination. Join our friendly staff as they read popular books and introduce children to a whole range of different authors.

Tea and Newspapers  

Join us for Tea and Newspapers every Monday. 

Tea and Newspapers groups give adults the opportunity to meet new people, socialise and discuss local and national affairs in the newspapers while enjoying complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.
