Each session offers an entertaining opportunity for children to engage with others, provides a good foundation to develop their reading, listening and language skills and of course to have lots of fun! |

Storytime |
Every Thursday from 3:00pm - 3:30pm. Storytime sessions help children aged 4 - 8 years develop a love of books, improve their listening skills, inspire creativity and feeds their imagination. Join our friendly staff as they read popular books and introduce children to a whole range of different authors. Everyone welcome. |

Knit and Natter |
Every Friday from 11:00am - 1:00pm. Knit and Natter groups are for adults who enjoy knitting, crochet, cross stitch and other crafts. They are free of charge to attend and participants have the opportunity to share hints and tips, swap patterns, meet new people and learn new skills. Members can bring along a project they are already working on or can start something new. Everyone welcome. |

Children's Chess Club |
Join Whiterock Library for a new chess club, suitable for children aged 8+. Beginners are welcome to learn a new skill from an experienced chess tutor. Chatterbooks Reading Group |
The third Monday of the Month from 3:30pm – 4:30pm. Starting on Monday 15 January 2024. Chatterbooks is an exciting Junior Reading Group where children aged 7 - 11 years old can experience reading in new and fun ways. Come along to chat about your favourite books, enjoy fun activities and crafts and meet new friends! |
