9th August 1919
Dear Mr Goldsbrough,
I expect you are aware that I am now home on demobilization leave and my Army contract terminates on Saturday 16th August. I was down to the Library on my second day home and saw Mr. Gourley193 , as you were on leave then. Being in need of a holiday I came on here for a couple of weeks, and feel much better for the change. I am returning home on Thursday and will call on you on Friday. I similarly hope sir, you had a good holiday, and have benefited by the change of air.
I am, Sir,
Yours very sincerely,
Joe Fitzsimons
