Weekly Online Yoga SessionsLibraries NI is inviting everyone to join us for a transformative journey through yoga from October to March with our weekly online sessions, designed for all levels running on Thursday mornings from 11:00am – 12 noon.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, our 21-session program is divided into six series, each focusing on a unique aspect of yoga practice —all from the comfort of home.

October (Weeks 1-3): Building the Foundations
Start your journey by laying the groundwork for your yoga practice. Perfect for beginners and those seeking a refresher.

November (Weeks 4-7): Alignment & Awareness
Enhance your practice with a focus on proper alignment and mindfulness to improve posture and awareness.

December (Weeks 8-10): Rest, Reflect, and Slow Down
The holiday season can be hectic—join us to relax, slow down, and restore balance during this busy time.

January (Weeks 11-14): Inner Strength & Connection
Welcome the new year with renewed energy as we explore inner strength and a deeper connection to yourself and others.

February (Weeks 15-18): Self-love & Compassion
These sessions will focus on cultivating compassion and kindness through yoga.

March (Weeks 19-21): Re-energising Body & Mind
As spring approaches, feel revitalised with yoga sequences designed to re-energise both body and mind.


You can participate in individual sessions or join us for the full programme for a more immersive experience. Each session offers an opportunity to find your flow, re-centre, and reconnect.

What You’ll Need:

  • Most importantly, your wonderful self, exactly as you are
  • A yoga mat if you have one (a towel works too)
  • Some water to stay hydrated
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
