Weekly Online Yoga SessionsLibraries NI is delighted to announce the return of its much-loved online yoga series, back by popular demand! These free, accessible sessions will take place on Thursdays from 11:00am to 12 noon via Zoom, allowing participants to join from the comfort of their own homes.

Led by experienced yoga instructor Siri Meylahn, the sessions are designed to support mental and physical wellbeing through intentional movement, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, these sessions will offer a welcoming and adaptable experience suitable for all levels.

Programme Themes

Each month will focus on a different aspect of yoga practice:

  • April: Root to Rise – A grounding practice to leave you feeling calm and connected.
  • May: Finding Balance – Cultivate physical and mental equilibrium through movement and breath.
  • June: Radiance and Joy – Celebrating our inner light, energy, and warmth.
  • July/August: Move to Meditate – Flowing from fluid movement into mindful stillness.

Participants only need to register once to gain access to the entire series. They are welcome to attend all sessions or drop in whenever they can.
