Omagh Library Creative Space
Published 24 Mar 2026
Libraries NI is offering an exciting opportunity for local creatives within the community, with two spaces now available in Omagh Regional Administration Centre. Each room, approximately 16–17 square metres, provides a flexible space ideal for use as a creative studio or workshop — a place to develop ideas, refine your craft and bring projects to life.
There is no rent to pay, and all utilities are included free of charge making it easier to focus on your creative work. Successful applicants will simply need to provide their own equipment and materials and make the space their own.
Libraries NI is committed to supporting the local creative community and helping individuals build a career from their passion. Additional consideration will be given to applicants who can demonstrate they live in a designated area of social need such as a Neighbourhood Renewal Area.
The space can be accessed during Omagh Library opening hours, Monday to Saturday.
If you are interested, please contact the Area Manager using the details below to arrange a viewing. If interested, applications should then be submitted using the application form provided here.
Successful applicants will be expected to use the space on a full-time basis (36 hours per week), and usage will be monitored.
The application window is open now and will close at 5:00pm on Friday 17 April 2026. The space will be available to the successful candidate from Wednesday 22 April 2026.
Please send completed application to Patricia Curran, Area Manager, Omagh Library, Spillars Place, Omagh, BT78 1HL or via email Patricia.Curran@librariesni.org.uk
