Portadown Library hosts a FREE Fun-Filled Day for Country Comes to Town Festival!

As Portadown prepares for the highly anticipated Country Comes to Town Festival on Saturday 21 September 2024, Portadown Library is excited to invite festivalgoers of all ages to join in the fun from 10:00am to 3:00pm on the day with a range of FREE family-friendly activities!
The Country Comes to Town Festival is renowned for bringing together the best of country life right into the heart of the town. For this year’s festival, Portadown Library is getting into the country spirit with a day full of exciting activities designed to keep the whole family entertained:
- Lego Creations: Let your imagination run wild as you build your own country-themed Lego masterpieces.
- Colouring Table: Kids can get creative with country-themed colouring sheets, perfect for young artists.
- Puzzles and Board Games: Enjoy some quality family time with a selection of puzzles and classic board games.
- Scarecrow Craft Table: Bring your crafty side to life by making your very own scarecrow to take home!
The library’s country-themed activities will be running from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday 21 September, so be sure to drop in between your festival adventures. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax, a creative outlet, or just some good old-fashioned fun, Portadown Library has something for everyone.
