What Happens Now by Sophia Money-Coutts
I really enjoyed this book. Plenty of drama and laugh out loud moments, cover your eyes and ears moments and lots of fun and interesting characters. It centres around Lil who after a one-night stand finds herself pregnant and the father Max. She discovers is some well-known explorer with lots of money. Will she have to go it alone or will things work out with Max. Of course, things never run smoothly, there would not be much to write about if it did.
I liked Lil and Max, though preferred the drama of them when things weren't running smoothly. I was not overly fussed on Jess, Lils best friend, but only because she was always such a control freak with her brother! Yes, everyone has easy going fighting with their siblings, but Jess treated Clem like he was a brainless child most of the time and I liked Clem.
The ending was good but rather too abrupt, would have liked to see a few weeks or months pass, rather than just ending there.
