Overdue items	No late fees. Sign up for email or text alerts to be reminded when items are due back. You can renew online, by telephone or in person. Ask staff for details.
Item reported lost	In-print item - full replacement cost. Out of print item - estimated value using average book price or second hand dealers' price. No charge for lost/damaged children's and teenage books.
