Free Online Pilates with Libraries NI

Looking for a simple way to improve your strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing from home? Libraries NI is once again offering a free series of online Pilates classes, following the continued popularity of our online health and wellbeing programmes.

Led by experienced instructor Neil Healey, these welcoming sessions are suitable for all abilities, whether you are completely new to Pilates or looking to build on your existing practice.
 
These weekly sessions will take place every Wednesday from 10:30am – 11:30am via Zoom, starting 24 June 2026.
 
Each session focuses on gentle, effective movements designed to improve core strength, balance, posture and flexibility while supporting overall physical wellbeing.

What to Expect

Pilates instructor Neil Healey Photo: Pilates instructor Neil Healey, who has over 20 years of teaching experience.

Throughout the programme, Neil will offer different levels of exercises, allowing participants to work at a pace and intensity that suits their individual needs and abilities. Sessions will focus on mobilising the spine and joints, improving stability and balance, strengthening muscles and supporting bone health, while also exploring the positive relationship between physical activity, confidence and mental wellbeing.
