Author Visit - Marie Therese Rogers Moloney |
Marie Therese Rogers Moloney will be at Glengormley Library to discuss her book ‘For The Sins of My Mother’. Abandoned as a baby to the Nazareth House Orphanage Marie Therese was bullied and beaten by the nuns supposed to care for her. Forced to leave at 17, uneducated and afraid, she quickly suffered a breakdown. Amazingly, Marie Therese took control of her life, educated herself, and established a nursing career. A harrowing yet inspirational story about the resilience of the human spirit and the need we all have to discover who we really are. We are delighted to have her share her story with us. |
