Rhythm and Rhyme |
Every Monday from 10:45am to 11:15am. Rhythm and Rhyme sessions introduce parents and children aged 0 - 4 years to the wonder of rhymes, songs and stories. Each session offers an entertaining opportunity for children to engage with others, provides a good foundation to develop their reading, listening and language skills and of course to have lots of fun! |

Knit and Natter |
Every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:15pm. Booking is essential. Knit and Natter Groups are for adults who enjoy knitting, crochet, cross stitch and other crafts. They are free of charge to attend and participants have the opportunity to share hints and tips, swap patterns, meet new people and learn new skills. Members can bring along a project they are already working on or can start something new. |

Tea and Newspapers |
Every Wednesday from 11:00am to 1:00pm Tea and Newspapers groups give adults the opportunity to meet new people, socialise and discuss local and national affairs in the newspapers while enjoying complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits. |

Lego Club (on Fridays) |
Every Friday from 2.30pm – 3.30pm. Booking is not required. For children aged 5-10, all children attending this event must be accompanied by an adult. Come along to have some lego building fun. |

Fly High Aeroplane Craft |
Fasten your seatbelts, it’s time to fly! Last call for children aged 4-11 years to join their friendly Cabin Crew in Portrush Library as we take you to 35000ft, on a flight of fancy, onboard your private jet made from clothes pegs, folded paper and loads of imagination!

PRONI Information and Exhibition Event |
Portrush Library looks forward to welcoming the team from PRONI (Public Record Office for Northern Ireland) into the library, for a unique opportunity to chat with the team about research, learn how to use PRONI resources and view original documents which will be on display during the event.
