Cancer Awareness in Rural Areas Talk

NI Libraries are proud to support the #NipItInTheBud campaign by hosting cancer awareness sessions in libraries across Northern Ireland.

This vital initiative is part of the Rural Communities Cancer Project, delivered by The Farming Community Network (FCN) in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support.
The campaign aims to tackle health inequalities in rural areas by raising awareness of cancer symptoms, encouraging earlier detection, and promoting timely access to healthcare. Early detection is key to improving outcomes — and ensuring rural residents feel informed and confident to seek help is at the heart of this work.

Booking advised.
