CUSTOMER NOTICE - Bank Holiday Closures

All Libraries NI’s public and mobile libraries will be closed on Saturday 12, Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 July. Libraries will reopen on Wednesday 16 July. 

The Out of Hours service will be closed from Friday 11 July until Tuesday 15 July inclusive reopening on Wednesday 16 July in Out of Hours libraries.

Please remember that eServices (eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines and eNewspapers) are available during this period, and joining online is free.

Storytime  
Every Thursday from 3:30pm until 4:00pm. Craft session available on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
 
Storytime sessions help children aged 4 - 8 years develop a love of books, improve their listening skills, inspire creativity and feeds their imagination. Join our friendly staff as they read popular books and introduce children to a whole range of different authors.

Rhythm and Rhyme is an exciting free programme to introduce children aged 0 - 4 years to the wonder of rhymes, songs and stories in the library. Rhythm and Rhyme is a great opportunity for children to have fun and learn in a relaxed venue while giving parents and carers the chance to socialise.

Knit and Natter  
Every Monday from 10:30am - 12 noon.
 
Knit and Natter Groups are for adults who enjoy knitting, crochet, cross stitch and other crafts. They are free of charge to attend and participants have the opportunity to share hints and tips, swap patterns, meet new people and learn new skills. Members can bring along a project they are already working on or can start something new.

Held on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 4:00pm - 5:30pm in July and August and from 5:30pm - 7:00pm from September. 

Department of Health are holding a free walk in Support Service where we can:

Re-tube mould style hearing aids, Clean Open-Fit style hearing aids 
• Change and supply RIC wax filters, Supply hearing aid batteries. 
• Advise on getting the best from your hearing aids, Advise on equipment, Provide information on deafness, hearing loss and tinnitus and Signpost to other services.
