We the Library & Technical Instruction Committee, Belfast, hereby declare that Captain Thomas Coulson, 15^th Batt. Royal Irish Rifles, 19^th Corps School, France, was in our employment before August 4^th, 1914, and that we are prepared to offer him employment as Branch Librarian immediately on his return to civil life.
