Since I last saw you, we have applied for the demobilisation of all the members of Library Staff, and up to the present, I think they are all returning, except Captain Coulson. The Committee are anxious to have these matters settled as soon as possible, so I will be glad if you can let me know your decision at the earliest opportunity.
