Art Exhibition by Clare Owens – Ballyhackamore Library
Throughout May, visitors to Ballyhackamore Library can enjoy a collection of artwork by Clare Owens. This family-friendly exhibition features expressive and colourful pieces from the local artist and is available to view during normal library opening hours. No booking is required – just drop in and enjoy.

Silent Book Club – Lisburn Road Library
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Lisburn Road Library will host a Silent Book Club on Monday 12 May from 10:30am to 12 noon. Set in the library’s cosy stable seating area, this peaceful event offers time for quiet reading in the company of others, followed by optional book chat and light refreshments. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and share your love of reading in comfortable surroundings.
