Temporary Closure of Ballynahinch Library for Refurbishment Work

Due to refurbishment work, Ballynahinch Library will be closed from Monday 22 January until Spring 2024.
During this temporary closure, customers can visit any public library.

The planned refurbishment work includes the upgrading of roof insulation and coverings, installation of an upgraded fire alarm system and the installation of new energy efficient lighting throughout.
During the library closure, items can be renewed online with your library membership card and PIN number which is available from library staff. eBooks, eAudiobooks and eMagazines can also be borrowed through our online library.

Ulster Orchestra and Libraries NI events in April
The Ulster Orchestra and Libraries NI present a free, relaxed 30-minute performances: Wednesday 17 April 1:00pm in Antrim Library, Wednesday 17 April 2:00pm in Lurgan Library and Thursday 18 April 2:15pm in Larne Library, featuring music performed by a string quartet of orchestra musicians.
