    William Brown (1895 – 1918)

    Brown was an Assistant Librarian in the Lending Department of Belfast Central Library. He served with 1st North Irish Horse and later 9th Battalion Royal Irish Fusiliers. He was killed in action on 11/12 August 1918. This collection also includes correspondence between Library staff and Brown’s father.
