Cregagh Library will host two poignant exhibitions during the month of September; ‘My Altered Vision’ and ‘Healing with Shapes and Colour’.

‘My Altered Vision’ is a display of work by Roseanne Brew which shows how Macular Degeneration affects the artist’s vision with blind spots and faded colour. The exhibition is in aid of the Macular Society who, with awareness and support, can further their research to improve treatments.

‘Healing with Shapes and Colour’ is an exhibition by Michael Paul Benjamins. The display of work shares his creative journey from coping with grief to capturing his subconscious and shifting perspectives using acrylic painting, supported by poetry.

Both exhibitions will run from Friday 1 September until Friday 29 September and will be available to view during library opening hours. For more details telephone 028 9040 1365 or email cregagh.library@librariesni.org.uk
