On Friday 22 November 2024, Ballymoney Library will host ‘Go Succeed: Becoming Your Own Boss’ from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Led by the Go Succeed team, this session provides expert business advice for budding entrepreneurs just starting out, those looking to grow, or anyone planning to scale up. This inspiring workshop is perfect for anyone ready to become their own boss, offering essential guidance on the steps to building a successful business.
The excitement continues Saturday 23 November 2024, as libraries across the area celebrate Doctor Who Day with a range of themed activities. Coleraine Library invites fans to dress up as their favourite Doctor Who characters and enjoy colouring pages, quizzes, and word searches available throughout the day. Whether attendees decide to come as the Doctor or the Dalek, everyone is welcome to join in the festivities and explore the library’s themed decorations and activities.
Also in Coleraine Library on the same day, from 11:00am to 12 noon, fans can join in a special Doctor Who Storytime featuring thrilling tales of space and time travel. Following the stories, attendees can participate in a creative ‘Design Your Tardis Time Machine’ craft, letting imaginations run wild as they craft their very own Tardis to embark on space adventures.
Garvagh and Portrush libraries will join in the celebration with ‘Children’s Time Travel Activity Adventures,’ designed especially for young fans aged 4 to 11. This interactive session invites children to set off on a journey through time and space, with imaginative activities inspired by the iconic Doctor Who series, offering a thrilling experience for little adventurers ready to explore mysterious planets and fantastical worlds.
