Check Your Eligibility for Financial Support in Local Libraries
Published 21 Dec 2023
During January 2024, free Make the Call assessment surgeries will be taking place in several local libraries. During these 30 minute sessions, participants can talk face-to-face with a Make the Call Adviser about accessing a wide range of benefits, support and services to which they are entitled but have not been claiming.
The service is designed to maximise benefit support and by bringing the service into communities, people can come in and talk with staff who can look at whatever assistance might be available to them.
The team is available for confidential, face-to-face discussions and can guide everyone through the process and check possible eligibility.
The Make the Call team is providing surgeries at the following local libraries:
- Rathcoole Library - Tuesday 9 January 10:00am - 1:00pm
- Limavady Library - Thursday 11 January 10:00am - 1:00pm
- Coleraine Library - Monday 15 January 10:00am - 1:00pm
