Quick Call, Lasting Difference
Published 25 Aug 2023
During September, free Make the Call surgeries will be taking place in several local libraries. During these 30 minute sessions, participants can talk face-to-face with a Make the Call Adviser about accessing a wide range of benefits, support and services to which they are entitled but have not been claiming.
The service is designed to maximise benefit support and by bringing the service into communities, people can come in and talk with staff who can look at whatever assistance might be available to them.
The team is available for confidential, face-to-face discussions and can guide everyone through the process and check possible eligibility.
The Make the Call team is providing surgeries at the following local libraries:
Newry City Library—Friday 8 September
Ballycastle Library—Monday 18 September
Strabane Library—Friday 22 September
Ballynahinch Library- Thursday 28 September
30 minute appointments can be booked by phoning 0800 232 1271
