‘Walking on Air’ An Evening in Celebration of Seamus Heaney

Libraries NI has announced that a special event will take place on Wednesday 1 November at 4:30pm in Warrenpoint Library to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the death of Seamus Heaney.
‘Walking On Air’, will be an evening to celebrate the life and works of the Nobel Prize winner and a fantastic opportunity to discover more about the man and his work. Dr. Niall Kennedy will explore the poet's life as well as provide readings of some of his most loved poems.
This event will take place in Warrenpoint Library at 4:30pm on Wednesday 1 November. It is FREE to attend but booking is essential. To reserve a place telephone 028 4175 3375 or email warrenpoint.library@librariesni.org.uk
