Killyleagh Library to launch Seed Library
Killyleagh Library invites you to come along on Wednesday 19 April from 6:00pm until 7:30pm for the launch its new Seed Library. The library is using repurposed card catalogue furniture to provide a seed lending library for customers. Gardeners are encouraged to borrow seeds from the library at planting time and then , at the end of the growing season, save seeds from the plants and return some of them to the library. The aim is to develop a cycle of ‘Borrow, Grow and Donate’.
