Meetings: How we make decisions
Libraries NI discharges its responsibilities through the Board of Libraries NI using a Committee Structure. The Committee Structure comprises a Services Committee, Business Support Committee, Remuneration Committee and an Audit and Risk Assurance Committee. Matters relating to service delivery are the business of Services Committee. Financial, human resource and asset management issues are dealt with through the Business Support Committee. Matters of pay and performance relating to senior staff are considered by the Remuneration Committee. The Audit and Risk Assurance Committee provides a governance and assurance role to the Board.
